Account & Login

Creating an account is simple and takes under two minutes. Head to the Register page, fill in your mobile number and choose a strong password. You will receive a verification code to confirm your number, and once that is done your account is ready to go. You must be 18 years of age or older to register.

On the Login page, click "Forgot Password?" and enter your registered mobile number. You will receive a one-time code via SMS to verify your identity. Once verified, you can set a new password and regain access immediately. If you no longer have access to your registered number, contact our support team directly.

No — each person is allowed one account only. Duplicate accounts are against our Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended. If you believe your account has been duplicated by mistake, get in touch with support and we will sort it out.

Log in to your account and go to the Profile or Settings section of your dashboard. From there you can update your contact details. Some changes may require identity verification before they take effect — this is to protect your account from unauthorised changes.
Deposits

99ap supports all major payment methods used in Pakistan. You can deposit using:

Withdrawals

Log in to your account and go to the Withdrawal section in your dashboard. Select your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or Bank Transfer — enter the amount and confirm. Make sure the payment details you enter match your registered account information. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically the fastest.

Most withdrawals are processed within a few hours. JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers are usually the quickest. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank. During peak times or if additional verification is needed, it may take slightly longer. You will receive a notification once your withdrawal has been processed.

A withdrawal may be placed on hold for a few reasons:
  • Your account verification (KYC) has not been completed yet.
  • An active bonus still has wagering requirements that have not been met.
  • The payment details entered do not match your registered account.
  • A routine security check is in progress.
