1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the 99ap platform in any capacity — whether through the website at 99ap.app or via the downloadable Android app — you are entering into a binding agreement with 99ap and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 99ap regarding your use of the platform. Any previous arrangements, verbal agreements or understandings are superseded by this document. If any individual clause is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these terms continue to apply in full.

We reserve the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will post a notice on the platform. Your continued use of 99ap after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To use 99ap you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 99ap is strictly an adults-only entertainment platform. We do not allow persons under 18 to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of 99ap complies with the laws applicable to you in your location.
• You must not be acting as an agent, employee or representative of another person for the purpose of placing bets or playing games on their behalf.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or associate of 99ap or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

99ap does not make any representation that access to the platform is legal in every jurisdiction. It is entirely your responsibility to verify that your use of the platform is lawful where you are located. We do not hold or claim any government licence, regulatory approval or official endorsement from any Pakistani authority or international body.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of 99ap — including placing bets, playing Casino games, depositing and withdrawing PKR — you are required to register a player account. Registration is free.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. You must not use a false identity, impersonate another person or provide misleading details. 99ap may ask you to verify your identity at any point and may suspend your account if verification is not completed to our satisfaction.

Key account rules:

• One account per person: You may only hold one active account on 99ap at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Account security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.
• Account ownership: Your account is personal to you and cannot be transferred, sold or assigned to another person. Funds in your PKR balance belong to you and cannot be transferred to another player's account.
• Accurate details: Your name, contact number and payment details must be accurate and kept up to date. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts and payment methods registered in the same name as your 99ap account.

99ap reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account that breaches these registration rules, with or without prior notice. In cases of fraud, misrepresentation or multiple account violations, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 99ap are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We currently support the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your PKR balance once payment is confirmed. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.
• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Maximum deposit limits apply and are visible during the deposit process.
• 99ap does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — those are beyond our control.
• Only deposit from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts may be declined or returned.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your 99ap account. We do not process third-party withdrawals.
• Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete identity verification. This is a standard process and helps protect your account.
• Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to apply withdrawal limits based on account activity and verification status.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

99ap offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time — including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, bonus bingo tickets and event-specific promotions around major Cricket tournaments including PSL and T20 internationals.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion has its own specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts. These are stated on the individual promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified per promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. You cannot stack bonuses unless instructed.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any activity that 99ap determines to be abusive, manipulative or designed to exploit promotional terms — including through multiple accounts — will result in the bonus being cancelled and the relevant winnings forfeited.
• Free spin winnings are typically credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion.
• 99ap reserves the right to amend, withdraw or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are subject to availability and may not be available to all players at all times.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on 99ap are subject to the specific rules applicable to that game or market. These are available within the relevant section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity:

• Bets are final: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the player. Please review your selections carefully before confirming.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, data errors, technical failures, incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error, or any other situation where 99ap determines in its reasonable discretion that the bet cannot stand. Voided bets are refunded to your PKR balance.
• Manifest errors: If odds, prizes or game outcomes are published as a result of an obvious error — such as a decimal place mistake — 99ap reserves the right to correct that error and void or adjust any bets placed based on the incorrect figure.
• Cricket and sports betting: All Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and World Cup events — are governed by the rules of the relevant market type. In-play bets are accepted where the live betting interface is available. Results are determined by the official outcome of the match as confirmed by the relevant governing body.
• Casino and Live Casino: Game outcomes in RNG Slots and Live Casino are determined by certified random systems. 99ap does not interfere with game outcomes. If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, the round will typically be resolved based on the game state at the point of interruption, or refunded if resolution is not possible.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game, market and betting type has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, visible during play. These limits may be adjusted at any time.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 99ap and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts, whether personally or through third parties
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools to interact with the platform in a non-human manner
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches or errors in the platform for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Using the platform to launder money or engage in any other financial crime
• Placing bets with inside knowledge of a predetermined or fixed outcome
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person
• Making chargebacks or reversing payments without first contacting 99ap support
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment

99ap monitors account activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is identified, we may act without prior notice. Any funds associated with prohibited activity will be forfeited in full.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

99ap reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at our discretion. Reasons may include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, failure to complete identity verification, or non-payment of amounts owed to 99ap.

If your account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is found, your remaining PKR balance will be returned via your registered payment method.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting 99ap support. If you have a remaining balance at the time of closure, it will be refunded to your verified payment method after any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses have been resolved.

Self-exclusion requests are taken seriously. If you feel you need a break from gaming, contact support and we will apply the appropriate restriction to your account promptly.

9 Privacy and Data

99ap collects and processes personal data as part of account registration, payment processing and platform operation. The types of data we collect include your name, contact details, payment method information and records of your activity on the platform.

We use this data to operate your account, process transactions, detect fraud, personalise your experience and communicate with you about your account and available promotions. We do not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties.

• Losses arising from bets placed based on incorrect odds due to a manifest error later corrected
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep login credentials secure
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform that is later corrected
• Any interruption to the availability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues or events outside our control

99ap makes no warranties that the platform will be continuously available, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. Access to specific features, games or markets may be restricted, modified or withdrawn at any time.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Changes to These Terms

99ap reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish a notice on the platform. The updated terms take effect from the date of publication.

Your continued use of 99ap after any revision to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree with any change, your only option is to stop using the platform and close your account.
